Fourth card created at Stampin Up card party. I used watercolor on the image. Also, this was the first time I used a water brush and a Stamp-a-ma-jig.

I love Anji's Antics western hat. I made this card for my brother's birthday. Shhhh, don't tell him! He has a black hat just like this, without the embellishments.  I embellished a little to bring out the black against black and white papers.
